Shipping Policy

After placing your order, an order confirmation will be sent to you within 72 hours. 

In stock items will ship within 1-6 business days. 

For custom made to order, preordered or backordered items, please allow up to 2-4 weeks for your order to ship. 

Once the item has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. 

We cannot be held accountable for unforeseen weather conditions that delay deliver time. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. 

All shipments require a signature upon delivery. Delivery will be attempted to the provided address 1-3 times. RAUCH is not responsible for additional shipping fees if you are not available to receive your package. Should you waive signature upon delivery, neither the shipping service nor RAUCH can be held responsible for your package once it is left at your residence. 

Free Shipping 

All domestic orders are shipped via UPS. All domestic orders are eligible for FREE ground shipping. The estimated delivery date is an estimate only and is not guaranteed. 

Expedited Shipping 

Should you require expedited shipping in the form of guaranteed Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air, you will be given the option to make these selections on our check-out page. 

For select items, we also offer SAME-DAY delivery in NYC by email info@rauch.nyc.

International Shipping 

We are able to ship internationally via UPS Worldwide Express. Shipping costs to be applied at checkout. All orders ship from the US. Any import duties and taxes are charged when the parcel reaches the destination country, and these charges must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have questions related to customer charges, please contact your local customer office. 

Holidays subject to different shipping terms. RAUCH reserves the right to restrict delivery to addresses within the US and Internationally.
