Orders

Orders may be placed online at RAUCH.nyc at any time. Please expect 2-4 weeks for your order to be handmade and ready to ship. We try and accommodate rush orders whenever possible. For rush orders, please contact us at info@rauch.nyc prior to placing your order to confirm we can make your required delivery date. 

After placing your order, an order confirmation will be sent to you within 72 hours. Customers will be charged as soon as the order is submitted on RAUCH.nyc.

Payments 

All prices are shown in US Dollars. We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment gateway. 

The billing address and shipping address must match. 

RAUCH reserves the right to decline any purchases that we believe may be suspicious or fraudulent. 

Sales Tax

Sales tax is applicable on all orders shipped within New York at the current local rate. Orders shipped outside of New York are not liable for sales tax. 

Return & Exchange Policy 

Due to the custom nature of our products all sales are final–no returns, no exchanges. However, we like our customers to be happy with their purchase. If there is an issue with size, quality or if you have specific questions, please contact us. 

Lost or Damaged Items 

If a package does not arrive, or it arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 business days from confirmation of dispatch to claim insurance on the item. We will require your details, the details of the item that was lost, the tracking number we sent you with confirmation of dispatch. If an item has arrived to you or recipient damaged, please contact us immediately and include a picture of the item showing the damage along with an email explaining the situation. We require the item be returned to us via UPS or Fedex in a padded envelope or box within 10 business days from the date received in the same condition it was received. Once we receive the time, we will then replace your item free of charge. 

Sizing

We attempt to be as accurate as possible by disclosing measurement and size as accurately as possible. Please make sure you verify your sizing before ordering. 

Tip for measuring the circumference of your finger: Wrap a piece of string around the base of your finger and use a pen to mark the overlap. Make sure you can slip it comfortably over your knuckle. Unwrap the string and lay it flat. Using a ruler, measure the inches or millimeters up to the mark.

All total carat weight provided is estimated and can be within .05 carats of the stated weight. 

Product Care 

Each piece of RAUCH jewelry is handmade and requires delicate handling. Please follow our recommended care routine to extend the life of the jewelry so it can celebrate numerous milestone occasions. 

  • After each wear, gently wipe with a soft jewelry cloth and store in a soft lined jewelry box. 
  • Clean your jewelry only using professional jewelry cleaning products. 
  • Avoid wearing while cleaning, gardening, performing sports activities or manual labor. 
  • Never go swimming wearing your jewelry as chlorine in swimming pools can cause damage to all metals and will erode gold jewelry.
